- Synopsis:
- "Despite All That" is a strange, black sexual comedy that deals with a couples slow flirtation with madness and perversion. The woman, Naoko, spends her time cutting vegetables and herself while having Lesbian encounters with suicidal school girl, Kimiko. Her husband, Yoshio, begins an affair with the same school girl and the menage a trois then begins to disintegrate as each of their fragile egos begin to fall apart.
