Urban couple Peter (John Hargreaves) and Marcia's (Briony Behets) marriage is on the rocks. As a last ditch attempt to save their relationship, Peter arranges for the couple to spend the long weekend together away at a remote beach on the Australian coast.

With Marcia preferring to stay someplace more luxurious, their romantic getaway gets off to a bad start - and then they hit an animal on the lonely road.
