Rent Blue Murder Motel: Series 1 (2026)

Murder and Mayhem have a new place to stay. Married ex-cops Vinny (Michala Banas) and Cole (Brett Tucker) have traded Sydney homicide for retirement bliss, running a retro seaside motel in coastal New Zealand. Working together, living and loving together, it's fair to say that murder was a 24/7 thing for Vinny and Cole. But now - for reasons they're keeping to themselves - it's time to leave all that behind. However, in the summery beach town of Mowai Bay, their dream has taken a deadly turn. After multiple murders at the Blue Motel, old habits die hard for Vinny and Cole who can't resist getting involved and assisting the town's laidback surfer cop with his investigations.
