"Citulja Za Eskobara" in a humorous way through a very comical situation describes the Serbian criminal milieu, an underworld whose members are mostly difficult primitives, barely educated people with weapons in hand and curses on their lips, interconnected by crimes, but some friendships date back to school desks. Gandhi (Vojin Cetkovic) is a criminal, destined to be a villain from childhood. He meets Lela (Tamara Garbajs), an enigmatic girl, with whom he falls in love. On the same day that Gandhi kills a criminal called the Serbian Escobar, two narcophiles and idlers, Deki (Boris Milivojevic) and Bucky (Ljubinka Klaric), give an obituary to the real Escobar.
The police start an investigation, the situation gets complicated and turns in an unbelievable direction.
