- When she was seven years old, Heather Thompson (Kylie Clare) learned to hate her father (Tony Blackett). On the deserted thirteenth floor of an office building, she watched as he ordered the brutal electrocution of a small boy. Heather, now a young woman (Lisa Hensley), has been cut off by her family. She runs away and finds shelter in an abandoned office, the same office where the killing occurred. An eerie reunion between Heather and the spirit of the murdered child unleashes a new power bent on revenge...somewhere on the thirteenth floor.
