- Synopsis:
- The Upper Hand is a British comedy series that tells the story of a ex footballer and the new life he has after his career finishes and he is left raising a child alone. Ex professional footballer Charlie Burrows (Joe McGann) moves from London to a quieter town to raise his daughter Joanna (Kellie Bright) and ends up taking a job as a housekeeper for a rich woman and while their feels for each other grow they find themselves playing an odd chase for each others affections.
