- When Criminologist Lisa Moore (Gabrielle Anwar) decides to return to her hometown of Milford to join the local police force, she finds that even 15 years away have not healed the painful scars of her best friend's brutal murder. Teamed with her ex-boyfriend and new boss, Joe O'Connor (Max Martini), Lisa is horrified to discover that the man responsible for the murder, Jake Mitchell (Diego Wallraff), is soon to be released. And when townspeople with a special connection start dying mysteriously, all fingers point to Mitchell. However, when Mitchell himself is found dead, it's a race against the clock to find the real killer, and an opportunity for Lisa to bury the past once for all.
