Wanted is an action film loosely based on the comic book miniseries of the same name, which focuses on Wesley Gibson (James McAvoy), a frustrated office worker with a cheating girlfriend. Gibson finds out his estranged father has been murdered, and at the same time he's being introduced to a secret society of assassins called The Fraternity. Alongside McAvoy, film stars Angelina Jolie, Morgan Freeman, and Terence Stamp among others. Wanted is directed by Timur Bekmambetov previously known for his work on Russian fantasy films Night Watch and Day Watch.

This is the film that showed the full potential and started a legacy for the director/writer Quentin Tarantino. A trait most of Tarantino's films share is intertwined tales, in this case, four tales of two mob hit men, a boxer, a gangster's wife, and a pair of diner bandits. The memorable cast also includes Uma Thurman, Tim Roth, Harvey Keitel, Bruce Willis and Rosanna Arquette. The trouble starts when Sullivan's son witnesses his crime and discovers what really his father does for a living. In the main roles of Mike Sullivan and his son are ever great Tom Hanks and Tyler Hoechlin. Kill Bill: Vol.1 is his fourth film and stars Uma Thurman, Lucy Liu, Michael Madsen, Daryl Hannah, and Vivica A. Fox. Thurman plays a member of the assassin team Beatrix Kiddo known as The Bride, and the story starts when she awakens from a four-year coma. She was pregnant and now her baby is gone, and she swears revenge on her team including the leader Bill (David Carradine). This film is followed by Kill Bill: Vol.2 but watch more of the interesting content on DVD and Blu-ray including The making of Kill Bill.

Alongside Willis and Perry, there's plenty of comedy and action talent involved - Rosanna Arquette, Michael Clarke Duncan, Natasha Henstridge, Amanda Peet and Kevin Pollak. A few years after the releases of the original film, the sequel was produced with mostly the same cast The Whole Ten Yards. The film additionally stars Olga Kurylenko and Dougray Scott. The Hitman was followed by a reboot Hitman: Agent 47 starring Rupert Friend.
