Following on from the first Howling, the details of TV journalist Karen White's death remain a mystery. During her funeral her brother Ben (Reb Brown) is approached by a strange figure by the name of Stefan Crosscoe (Christopher Lee). Stefan claims to be a werewolf hunter and is convinced that Karen (Hana Ludvikova) had transformed into a creature of the night. He is also convinced that a supernatural uprising is about to take grip of the world.
