- A hotheaded U.S. customs agent (Sean Patrick Flanery) reluctantly teams up with a cold-hearted but beautiful Soviet agent on the trial of a rogue Russian General (Arnold Vosloo) who is planning to sell a shipment of nerve gas to the highest bidder. After two federal agents are left for dead, the cold war rivals must combine forces to stop a hijacked express train. It's their only chance to take out the General and destroy the "Apocalypse in a can" nerve gas before it's too late...
