Blackout (1950)
Maxwell Reed plays a blind man who stumbles over a dead body and whose sight is restored as a result of being bashed over the head! Look out for Campbell Singer as the police inspector and Austrian actor Eric Pohlmann who often played shady night club owners.
Johnny on the Spot (1954)
A framed ex-convict struggles to clear his name.
13 East Street (1952)
When police inspector Gerald Blake (Patrick Holt) wants to infiltrate a London stolen-goods gang, he does a thorough job of it. First, he robs a jewellery store, gets caught and is sentenced to prison.
Mystery at Monstein (1954)
Short British film surrounding a mysterious death in The Alps and a large inheritance.
Web of Evidence (1959)
A British-American returns to Britain after 20 years to discover that his father has been jailed since WW2 for a murder that took place in murky circumstances.
When London Sleeps (1932)
Slippery Rodney Haines (Francis L. Sullivan) runs a high-class gambling joint in Hampstead, while elsewhere in London, Lamberti's Fair for the less-well-off is on its last legs.The only link between them seems to be Tommy Blyth (Harold French), whose betting has put him in serious debt with Haines and who fancies Mary (Rene Ray), the Lamberti's adopted daughter. In fact, there is a further unexpected link between the two worlds.

The Passing Stranger (1954)
Jill (Diane Cilento) works at a roadside cafe for truckers with her protective and plain sister, Meg (Olive Gregg). Trucker Fred (Duncan Lamont), a solid but rather unperceptive bloke, wants Jill to be his but she's hesitant, seeking a way to spread her wings and escape the dreary and constricted life she has. Chick (Lee Patterson) is an American soldier who also wants to escape. After participating in a robbery of arms on the army base, he's a wanted man. He arrives at the cafe hidden in the back of Fred's truck.

A South American revolutionary is facing death for murder, but the President's daughter in London is taken hostage.
The End of the Line (1957)
The wife of a night club owner frames an American writer for his murder.
