Jane's clothes keep falling off! Apparently, the plan for this film was that Maureen O'Sullivan would be filmed naked throughout, but it became too difficult making every shot with a plant (or something) in the way, so it was abandoned. Jane was filmed in a two piece with the loin cloth pretty much similar to Tarzan's. In the further sequels following this, the Hay's Commission ensured O'Sullivan wore a dress, after a fuss created by the Catholic League of Decency...
Probably the best of the Weismuller Tarzan films with O'Sullivan a very beautiful Jane, and some exhilarating acrobatics. Quite creaky, and be warned that it is very racist. Mostly interesting as an example of Hollywood, pre censorship.
