- Synopsis:
- One of the greatest science fiction stories of all time is brought to life in the 'Journey to the Centre of the Earth', a colourful animated take on the Jules Verne classic. Professor Lidenbrock, his plucky daughter Alexa and Hercules their pet guinea pig, are pursued on their incredible journey by the evil -Dr. Greed and his servant boy Gower. But Gower soon falls for Alexa and saves them all from terrifying monsters, whirlpools and giant sharks. The dangerous race between good and evil could go either way until Hercules finds a golden key buried deep in the sand. Could it open the way to a Lost City, or even the fabled Atlantis, the jewel-encrusted absolute centre of the earth?
