- Decorated Lieutenant and Navy S.E.A.L. John Kennedy Brascoe is a broken man, having been stripped of his position within the mighty U.S. military machine. While operating undercover during a botched mission for the C.I.A, his partner Cody has named him as a traitor and thief. Thrown out of the military and faced with insurmountable medical fees for the care of his sick young son, John is reunited with an ex-navy S.E.A.L. buddy, Sparks (Michael Madsen).
