- Synopsis:
- Biographical drama based on the true story of June and Jennifer Gibbons, twins from the only black family in a small town in Wales in the 1970s. Growing up in rural Wales, identical twins June and Jennifer (Letitia Wright and Tamara Lawrance) feel isolated and shunned by the rest of the community because of their skin colour. Feeling unwelcome, they retreat into their own little world, only communicating with each other.
