When a young woman named Eve (Candice Daly) arrives in town in search of her sister, Tina (Karen Dahl), she encounters more than she ever expected to when she finds Tina in her apartment from an apparent drug overdose. Eve isn't satisfied with the cause of death and decides to investigate further.
