How do you know if you are having a midlife crisis? Is it when you suspect your wife is having an affair and you are worried that you are not? Is it the fact that she no longer wants to have sex whilst your children can't stop talking about it? Or is it when you start to hear the unspoken thoughts in other people's heads? Hugh Laurie stars as GP Paul Slippery in this riotous comedy series originally broadcast on ITV. His wife (Anna Chancellor) is bored with life at home and has just taken a job as a head hunter. Her first client is Paul's eccentric partner Dr Ronnie Pilfrey (Peter Capaldi) who immediately becomes infatuated with her. Paul's problems don't end there however, his three sex obsessed sons constantly mock his lack of activity in the bedroom.....or anywhere else for that matter. - Actors:
