Jordan Chan (Raymond Mak), attempts to cross Victoria Harbour in this satirical comedy, directed and written by Simon Loui Yu-Yeung. Chan, a despicable and self centered stock trader has the day from Hell. He gets fired by his boss and then robbed of all his cash. He lines up a new job with his ex-bosses competitor across the harbour but getting there to sign the contract for the 5.00pm deadline proves to be problematic to say the least. Without any cash, Raymond will have to call in a favour or two; all he needs is twenty dollars but no one is eager to help. With the deadline fast approaching, Raymond needs a solution to get across the harbour but can he overcome his past misdeeds to earn even some minor assistance?
