- Keanu Reeves stars as veteran cop Tom Ludlow in this brutal, action packed thriller set on the mean streets of Los Angeles. Hardened by years of fast living, tough talking and seeing too many 'bad guys' get away with it, Detective Tom Ludlow has crossed the line and now delivers his own brand of street justice ensnaring himself in a deadly game of conspiracy, police brutality, corruption and murder. But events are starting to catch up on him and his band of 'renegade' fellow officers...soon Tom is implicated in the murder of a fellow cop and the body count starts to go up as events explode beyond his control.

This film was what i first thought was slow starting but then as the film carries on it all makes alot of sense...Great good cop bad cop film..Go on rent this film you know you want to!!
