The Danziger Brothers purchased a large abandoned factory that stood close to a vast reservoir in Elstree on the outskirts of London. Last used to produce aircraft engines for the wartime Royal Air Force, they separated the old workshop into five soundproof studios with cutting rooms and recording suites together with all the provisions and backup of a fully fledged Hollywood movie studio.
