- Down on his luck and low on cash, small-time talent agent Bernie Bonnelli (Elliott Gould), realises that he needs a plan to make some quick cash and fast. The idea that unravels proves to be more ingenious than Bonnelli and his enterprising colleagues could have ever imagined. A boxing kangaroo, trained to compete against the human world champion. And so begins the tale of Matilda the boxing marsupial. What began as a simple get-rich-quick scheme soon becomes an edge-of-your-seat tale of friendship and determination as Matilda shows that she can not only win the hearts of the hardened boxing fans but that she can also pack the meanest punches!
