- Once upon a time... ...there was a brave and virtuous mouse with comically oversized ears who dreamt of becoming a knight. Banished from his home for having such lofty ambitions, Despereaux set off on an amazing adventure with his good-hearted rat friend Roscuro that eventually led him, at long last, on a very noble quest to rescue an endangered princess. OK film for a rainy day - The Tale of Despereaux review by CP Customer
It was an OK kids films, watched once wouldn't bother again, reminded me of ratatuoille, and not just because of the animals! It's a similar standard film to that. The kids enjoyed it, so it's worth a rent to keep them amused for 90 minutes.
