- Fast-paced, blackly comic Action/Horror film starring Eric Roberts, James Earl Jones, Red Buttons and Eric Braeden. When comic-book writer Josh Baker (Roberts) meets a woman, Cheryl (Janine Turner), in the streets of New York she collapses and is picked up by an ambulance. When he goes to visit her in the hospital, he finds that she wasn't admitted in the hospital. When he sees her roommmate disappear after a ride in the same ambulance, he determines to solve the secret behind this strange vehicle.
