- Synopsis:
- When a man named Quinn arrives at the Paradise Condo, claiming to be the new super, the residents are charmed by him and his plans to restore the condo to its former self. What they don’t know is that Quinn is a con man, running away from his sinister past. He begins to gain control over the residents, by learning their inner secrets and following their every move. Quinn’s only weakness is a young girl called Sara, who lives in the condo with her single mother. His strange attraction to her triggers a nightmarish final series of events, where the residents become part of a fatal drama.
