- Synopsis:
- In Paris, a young woman, Louise (Carol Kane) visits her old friend, Nena (Marucha Bo) in a psychiatric clinic, who tells her that she has just finished a novel about a girl who committed suicide. She begins to read, and the events of the novel are bizarrely intertwined with the life of Louise herself, who is experiencing a severe depression. The reality in her mind changes places with imagination, and it is already difficult to understand what exactly is happening and what is invented. Was the thief who died in a trap set up by Louise's husband (Michael Lonsdale) the same person, because of whom the girl jumped out of the window, and what will happen to herself when the book ends?
