For Ronnie, Wal, Andy and Vic, four bored teenagers in dreary, rainy Glasgow, life is so desperate they are even prepared to contemplate cornflake-aided suicide. Unemployed and unloved, they figure there is only one way they can hit the big time: a daring heist. With their ever-widening circle of adolescent master criminals, dopey youths and older-than-their-years school kids, they plan the perfect crime - stealing ninety stainless steel sinks from a warehouse. But can this bungling, if enthusiastic, gang really pull off such a cunning caper? In this brilliant off-beat comedy.
