Louis Gossett Jr. is back as Ex-Air Force General "Chappy" Sinclair in the letest of the highly successful Iron Eagle' movies. With the aid of pilot-friend Doug Masters, Chappy starts a flight school for young law offenders. During training, Doug and the kids discover Air Force Officers mysteriously moving six canisters from an abandoned air base.
