- When Detective Charles Prince, Gary Daniels, stationed in Hong Kong arrives in L.A. with his assignment to return a notorious Chinese gangster back to Hong Kong for trail, he finds his suspect has escaped. With his only friends Jim Jenson, Ken McLeod a renegade cop and Diana Tang, Susan Bun, a beautiful Pai Gow dealer, there's martial arts mayhem and L.A. action when he gets caught in the middle of a Chinatown Triad Gang War that leaves the Chinese community drenched in blood and covered with bodies.
