- Swing Vote review by CP Customer
A satire on American politics today and the state of play for normal families trying to meet bills. It's a likeable performance from Costner as a loveable rogue lacking much positivity in life, except his charismatic daughter, who is the real star of this piece. Swing Vote plays it safe and loses sight of the real issues that matter for many working class families. These are cast aside as Costner is wooed by the main candidates. In reality the film is a failure on all levels, In The Loop tells us more about politics today and the desire to win.
