- In this classic cold war spy spoof, Anthony Perkins plays a Russian spy sent out to steal sensitive information from NATO about military mobilization. Without much intelligence of his own, he falls head over heels in love with Penelope Lightfeather (Brigitte Bardot) also known as agent 0038-24-36 who aides him as they scamper through the French countryside trying to avoid counter-intelligence agents and distrustful communist operatives. Confusion reigns supreme.

What a mess - A Ravishing Idiot review by Greatest ever made
It’s bad enough that this is really not a very good film. It’s full of period zaniness and has a complete disregard for, well, sense.
What makes the viewing experience so much worse is the fact that the subtitles appear to have been generated by AI.
As a bonus, the film’s title on the Home Screen is spelled wrongly.
A very dispiriting experience.
