Former British detective Dennis Crown (John Hannah) has swapped police work for sunshine and a quieter life running a bar in Benidorm. But paradise soon turns deadly when tourists and locals alike begin turning up murdered around the bustling Spanish resort. Reluctantly pulled back into investigations, Dennis teams up with Rosa (Carolina Bécquer), an energetic waitress obsessed with TV crime dramas, whose amateur detective instincts prove surprisingly useful. Together they navigate eccentric holidaymakers, local rivalries and increasingly bizarre murders hidden beneath the neon lights and beachside bars of Benidorm.
