- Synopsis:
- Jim and Artie Mitchell - partners, brothers and the godfathers of porn. San Francisco 1969 - adult filmmakers Artie and Jim Mitchell open a cinema to enable them to make and show their own movies. The cinema becomes an overnight success and attracts plenty of attention particularly from the police, which leads to series of raids and arrests. The meteoric rise of Artie and Jim Mitchell is almost eclipsed by their equally dramatic downfall as the newly wealthy brothers succumb to the easy availability of drugs and sex. Their relationship marred by greed, abuse and dark obsession spirals out of control leading to violence and ultimately murder.
