Standard action movie - 7 Seconds review by CP Customer

Spoiler Alert
08/09/2006

If you are into action movies, you will find lots to enjoy about this film. There are a couple of spectacular car chases and some good shoot-outs. At first I thought it was trying too hard to be Ocean's Eleven, but once I got into the story I forgot all about the comparison. Wesley Snipes is, of course, a great action hero, and his martial arts expertise is used wisely. Tamsin Outwaite puts in a good turn as a feisty Army police officer. Some bits are predictable, but it is nonetheless entertaining.

Enjoyable - But Nothing New - 7 Seconds review by CP Customer

Spoiler Alert

Wesley Snipes is in fine form playing the only role he can play and the one you've all seen many times before. Don't expect to see a masterpiece or indeed anything new just good old fashioned entertainment. This is the kind of movie that is made for the rental market ie watch once, be entertained and forget about. Expect your 5.1 system to be tested to the limit by this film...
