Dave and Thomas Jones are two brothers from deepest Wales. Naive and likeable, the brothers Jones have no time for the busy, crowded life of the city, but all that is about to change. After winning a competition in The Weekly Echo newspaper the brothers are lured towards the bright lights of London in the hope of collecting their monetary prize and having a good time in the process. Once they reach the big city what they find is beyond all their expectations. Suddenly the boys find themselves separated and drawn into a crazy, somewhat corrupt world of nocturnal London. Mayhem and adventure follow Dave and Thomas as they face crazy drunks, strange city folk, copious amounts of booze and a dubious blonde woman. The only person likely to come to their aide and save them from their own chaotic exploits is the eccentric Weekly Echo columnist Mr Whimple, but can he reach them in time before London gets the better of them?
