- Elijah Kane (Steven Seagal) is the leader of an unstoppable team of undercover specialists committed to eliminating crime with their own style of hard justice. An armour plated security van carrying twenty million dollars, belonging to a notorious Mexican drug cartel, has just been hijacked, resulting in a cold blooded and explosive shootout. Determined to find the culprits, Elijah Kane and his team take on the case, an investigation that leads them to a Motorcycle gapg boss, a mysterious organisation called 'Quicksilver' and someone the C.I.A had presumed dead a long time ago.
