Due to his resemblance to their leader, a street urchin is asked to infiltrate the criminal 'Don' was a dangerous, conning and fearless criminal and wanted by the police of eleven countries, but he manages to escape any how from the clutches of law like a wisp of breeze. DSP Mr Disilva, the much respected police officer had set his mind to catch 'Don' at any cost. Roma! whose brother has been killed by the 'Don' is also trying to catch him for revenge. Rome who is a Judo expert. Roma is trying to know about 'Don' and his gang. Jasjeet! A famouse Trapze artist of his time, is the only person who knows about 'Don' and his gang. His target is DSP Disilva. One day Roma succeeds in joining 'Don's gang. Meanwhile DSP Disilva holds of Vijay who had an connection with 'DON', hut be helps the law against 'Don' and his smugglers.
