- Synopsis:
- Inspired by the classic video-game series, 'Castlevania' is a dark medieval fantasy following the last surviving member of the disgraced Belmont clan, trying to save Eastern Europe from extinction at the hand of Vlad Dracula Tepes himself. Trevor Belmont, embittered and excommunicated, finds himself drawn into a battle for the survival of Europe - a region that has brought doom upon itself by taking away the one thing its greatest monster loved.

Entertaining animation and excellent voice acting - Castlevania: Series 1 review by LT
I thoroughly enjoyed this series, whilst it was brutally gore-filled at times, it told a story and managed to weave emotion in to the mix as well. If you are a fan of the genre or just looking for more "adult-oriented" animation, this will tick many boxes, I heartily recommend giving it a watch.
