Successful, egotistic Doug Menford is long on charm but short on class. To him women are nothing more than sex objects, good for a night and nothing more. Nicknamed Dawg by his friends Doug's world is turned upside down when he meets Anna Lockheart who teaches him a lesson he will never forget! Anna is a gorgeous, tough as nails lawyer who is the executor of Doug's grandmothers will. She informs him he is the sole heir of her million dollar estate - but there is a clause. Before he can claim his inheritance he has to track down a number of women he has betrayed, and with Anna as his witness convince them to forgive his indiscretions... with wildly unexpected results! One by one Doug revisits his ex-lovers. Once he witnesses the pain he has caused he starts to show genuine regret. Anna meanwhile learns to lighten up and enjoy life.
