- Synopsis:
- In the dying days of the Third Reich, two young brothers face-off over their ideologies. Peter is a Hitler Youth, but Karl is a member of the anti-Nazi street gang known as the Edelweiss Pirates. The two groups battle constantly amid the ruins of the bombed out city, where war-torn families live in constant feat under the stranglehold of the Gestapo. The stakes escalate for the Pirates when they rescue an escaped prisoner, Hans the bomber, and decide to blow up Gestapo headquarters.
