When the dead of small-town Wausau, Wisconsin suddenly return exactly as they were, the miracle only creates new chaos. Single-mum deputy Dana Cypress (Melanie Scrofano) is tasked with keeping order inside a quarantined community where neighbours, criminals and loved ones have all come back - and some of them are dangerous. Dana's rebellious sister Em (Romy Weltman) is one of the Revivers, hiding the fact that she was murdered. Together, the sisters investigate who killed Em and why the resurrection event happened at Moore Creek, uncovering a conspiracy involving smugglers, politicians and a ruthless militia leader. Family loyalty, horror and dark humour collide as Dana races to protect her son and stop the town from tearing itself apart.
