- July, 1864, Covington, Georgia: Desperate to escape the marriage to a brutal neighbour her drunken father demands, Willa Randall (Heather Clark) joins Wheeler's Division of the Confederate Cavalry disguised as a boy. Dressed in a uniform, adapting to unfamiliar military ways, she feels safer amid the threat of battle than she did at home. Captain Jeff Spencer believes the boy who volunteered to join his troop will be an asset and takes him on as an aide. Can Willa keep her secret from the captain she grows to love, and can she outrun the abusive Edgar Dodds (Dave Long), hot on her trail?

PROBABLY THE WORST FILM EVER - The Confederate review by CP Customer
The acting was so bad. The village amateur dramatic society could have done better. Looked like they were reading it off cards. More ham than on a pig farm. The lighting was terrible...completely unnatural. Glaring spotlights in the middle of the night in the woods. The sets must have cost at most...£50. Screen play corny. The only good thing was the countryside. We did laugh at it though as it was just so horrendously bad.

Awful - The Confederate review by Pussinboots
Don't bother ... This is terrible....... Cheap and nasty . Terrible script...... Poor acting. I managed 10 minutes before putting it back in the envelope.
