Rent The Lost Son (1999)

Former French policeman Xavier Lombard (Daniel Auteuil) exiled in disgrace and currently living in London makes a living as a private investigator. Lombard takes up a seemingly routine case of finding a rich family's missing drug addict son Leon (Gregory McFarnon). What begins as a straight forward missing persons case for Lombard becomes a personal quest to uncover the truth about Leon's involvement in a child smuggling ring.
