It was the season like no other. An incredible 364 days elapsed between the first game and the last of a thrilling campaign for the Blues. The return of Super Frank lit up the fans' imagination. Quite simply a hero at the Bridge, the Club's record goalscorer spent 13 years here as a player and knew exactly what it meant to wear the blue of Chelsea. Immediately, he gave youth its chance and how they flourished. Mason Mount majestic in midfield and top scorer Tammy Abraham showed they'd served their apprenticeships well. While a more experienced addition in Christian Pulisic added real quality to his new side. Outside the top four only once since early October, the Blues were devastating on the road, winning seven successive away games for the first time in over three decades and in the FA Cup showed we were a match for anyone, defeating both Liverpool and Manchester United on the way to Wembley. In the end, it wasn't quite to be, but the foundations Lampard has laid promises an exciting new era for Chelsea. - Actors:
