Billy Chong plays "Pan Fong" a martial art expert who finds himself battling the forces of evil after he foils a robbery and the criminal in charge wants revenge. The criminal enlists the help of a priest who dabbles in black magic to summons up several zombies to lure him in to a trap, but this backfires when they accidentally awaken an unstoppable killer with superior Kung Fu skills who wreaks hell on all those that cross his path. The Priest, the criminal and Fong have to then join forces in bid to send him back to HELL.Billy Chong delivers break neck speed martial arts action in a way that can only be compared to Jackie Chan.
