The Skeleton Key (2005)
From the writer of 'The Ring' (Ehren Kruger), comes this tense supernatural thriller with a chilling twist. Caroline (Kate Hudson), a young hospice nurse is hired to care for the ailing husband of an elderly woman in the couple's home, a foreboding and decrepit plantation mansion just outside of New Orleans. Intrigued by the couple and their mysterious and secretive ways Caroline explores the house using a skeleton key to unlock all the doors. However the deadly and terrifying secret she unlocks in the attic would have been better left forgotten.
