- Synopsis:
Joe (Martin Potter), Sue (Julia Foster), and Barry (Nicky Henson) - guests at a noisy wedding reception - meet as strangers but soon become boisterous friends. Barry doesn't know Joe is a policeman and Joe doesn't know Barry is planning a robbery, but it soon becomes obvious that they come from two different worlds. The only thing they have in common is Sue, but it becomes clear that she prefers the quiet, shy Joe to the flash Barry...and takes him home. But Joe is married, and when he goes home to his wife and child in a fit of guilt, Sue becomes disillusioned and turns to Barry. It is not long before she is aware of his plan to hijack a cigarette transporter from a local warehouse, and the tension begin to take its toll on him... - Actors:
