- Best friends Dawn (Brenda Blethyn) and Jackie (Julie Walters) work together in a factory in a small Northern town. Suddenly their lives are transformed when Dawn scoops the £100,000 jackpot at their regular 'Girls' Night' bingo session. However, their celebrations are sadly cut short when Dawn discovers she has an incurable illness and only a short time to live. Not to be defeated, Jackie decides to help Dawn fulfil her lifelong dream. The two friends drop everything and set off to Las Vegas for the adventure of a lifetime!
