Fairly Tedious - Heart of the Beast review by KB
Usually i associate Brad Pitt with decent films but not this one.It's all a bit daft and far fetched and i couldn't get invested in it and couldn't wait for it to end.His travails are all a bit predictable (falls into a fast running river, gets attacked by wolves etc.) like they are being ticked off & I also didn't like that some of of it was c.g.i.

The Strong, Silent Type - Heart of the Beast review by griggs
This film required a performer capable of conveying trauma, fear and affection almost entirely through body language and movement.
Fortunately, they found the dog.
Oh, and Brad Pitt is also in it.
