- Synopsis:
- The King of England (Ronald Radd) is dying. The heir to the throne, Prince Edward (Nicholas Lyndhurst), meets Tom Canty (Nicholas Lyndhurst), a pauper's son, by chance. The two boys look exactly alike, and the Prince decides they will change places but only for one hour. Edward will get to live as an ordinary boy, and Tom will be able to enjoy the perks of royalty. But things don't quite go to plan.
