Off the coast of Greenland, Nexecon Petroleum's Colossus is the largest oil rig ever constructed and can drill deeper than any rig before. However, as the powerful drill tears through the seabed, a crack forms in the ocean floor, revealing a second 'mirror' ocean that has existed beneath ours for millions of years. The crew of the Colossus are unaware that this second ocean is home to the most terrifying predator imaginable; Carcharadon Megalodon, a deadly ancient ancestor of the Great White Shark. Set free from its ancient prison, the 60 foot prehistoric monster begins a terrifying journey into our world, destroying everything in its path.
